Date: 28/07/2010 Author: Mel Cooper, Volunteer Lifeboat Press Officer Port Talbot Inshore lifeboat (ILB) was self launched by the Lifeboat Operations Manager, after reports from several concerned members of the public of a sailing boat stationary for approx two hours making no headway off the Port Talbot deep water harbour. http://sar.firetrench.com
